….no stovetop/oven range; have one electric hotplate, toaster, microwave, toasteroven, and refrigerator/freezer. Just moved in and exhausted; normally I can plan this myself but it’s late and want to get to the market early tomorrow….sooo, Don’t need 3 squares a day; just simple foods using those appliances, allowing for high California temps. Local shopping here is: Food4Less, Stater Bros, WalMart and 99cOnly. Appreciate your answers so I can take a break here.

I was looking on craigslist for a job to make a few bucks cleaning. I saw an ad for a cleaning person. Their list of chores are:
clean master bathroom, and polish fixtures and clean the linen closet
clean the master bedroom, dust, polish, clean blinds,and expensive figurines
clean the other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
dust and polish an antique hutch, and buffet
clean the downstairs bathroom
dust, polish sweep and clean floor to ceiling windows in the livingroom
clean kitchen, pantry, counters fridge and freezer, cabinets, behind the stove
polish fixtures and appliances
clean the utility room and get behind the washer and dryer and dust
I wouldn’t mind taking the job, but they want this done in 2 hours, and the pay to me will be and it would be on a monthly basis. I might know this person because he is a millionaire and a major tightwad. Does yhe pay seem fair? My partner thinks so

I’m going to buy a new fridge, stove & dishwasher for a house that we’ve been renovating. I’m moving into it soon. I have a Frigidaire freezer already & was dead set on getting only that brand when I but the rest of the appliances. That is, until I asked some people I work with & of course, the occasional random stranger, if their appliances all match. I’m getting varied answers.
